In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering business value by managing products end‑to‑end, aligning ICT solutions with organisational objectives through lifecycle ownership, stakeholder insight, requirements analysis, and informed investment decisions based on cost, benefit, and market trends.
- You will support the assessment of ICT business requests for new products and services, ensuring alignment to organisational priorities.
- You will contribute to product direction through research, vision setting, alignment, and prioritisation activities.
- You will assist in defining new services that align with Enterprise Architecture standards and business needs.
- You will recommend appropriate delivery models and manage suppliers to maximise value, service quality, and benefits realisation through effective SLAs.

About you
- You bring strong capability in assessing ICT business requests, shaping product vision, and prioritising initiatives aligned to organisational objectives.
- Your skill includes defining services aligned to Enterprise Architecture and selecting appropriate delivery models (predictive or agile) based on context.
- You are experienced in supplier and service provider management, driving value, benefits realisation, and service quality through effective SLA governance
