  • Location: Sydney based role, also open to other locations
  • On-site Requirement: 2-3 days in the office per week
  • Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential.

What’s the role?

You’ll be joining Everyday Banking where the work you do shapes how millions of customers experience everyday banking. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead meaningful operational change by turning complex business, customer and regulatory needs into clear, practical solutions. You’ll work closely with frontline teams, leaders, risk partners and technology to improve end to end customer journeys, strengthen controls and lift operational performance.

You’ll help deliver operational uplift, regulatory remediation, digital enablement and continuous improvement initiatives that make a real difference.

Additionally, you will navigate and manage stakeholder resistance or conflict to build strong, effective working relationships that support successful outcomes. You will tailor communication to suit different audiences and contexts, deliver clear and impactful messages, and provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members while supporting larger and more complex initiatives where required.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in operational, transformation, or regulatory environments, leading end-to-end process change and delivering practical outcomes.
  • Ability to define clear requirements, map current and future state processes and assess risk and control impacts.
  • Experience supporting delivery activities such as testing, readiness and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple business process re-engineering or transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively, facilitating workshops, and managing relationships to drive and influence project success.
  • Ability to communicate complex transformational concepts in a clear, accessible manner for a variety of audiences.
