Job DetailsJob Location: Cincinnati Office - Cincinnati, OH 45236Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayPosition Summary
The Product Manager, Measurement is the hands-on agile product owner for Claritas' Measurement product line, spanning multi-touch attribution (MTA), randomized controlled trial (RCT) lift studies, and the broader Value Creation Plan (VCP) measurement pillar. Working daily with the delivery team, this role maintains a healthy backlog, writes and accepts user stories, and keeps priorities aligned to client and business needs. The PM is the team's go-to product expert, producing clear product documentation for both internal and external audiences, and partners closely with adjacent product teams (Graph, Deliver, Identify) to ensure Claritas delivers a cohesive solution to its customers. Reporting to the Measurement Product Lead, this role balances day-to-day delivery with the long-term measurement product vision.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day agile product owner for the Measurement delivery team, engaging with engineers daily to maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog within the MEA Jira project. Decide and continuously re-evaluate priorities across MTA, RCT, and VCP-pillar initiatives, balancing client commitments, technical dependencies, and business impact. Write clear, well-scoped user stories and acceptance criteria for the delivery team, and review and accept completed stories against those criteria. Maintain deep working knowledge of the Measurement product and produce clear product documentation for both internal stakeholders and external client and agency audiences. Serve as the primary product point of contact for brand and agency partners on measurement capabilities, translating client needs into requirements and communicating roadmap status; escalate blockers and risks through the Andon Chord process as needed. Collaborate with the Measurement Product Lead and other product teams — Graph, Deliver, and Identify — to ensure Measurement capabilities integrate into a cohesive end-to-end solution for customers. Identify and drive process improvements across the Measurement team's delivery workflows to increase efficiency, clarity, and cross-team collaboration. Interact with the Growth team to align Measurement priorities with revenue opportunities and client needs. Report weekly on sprint priorities and conduct sprint reviews with the engineering team. Prepare senior-level updates on product progress, including value delivered and impediments faced. QualificationsRequired:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on Agile/Scrum delivery teams, ideally within a data, analytics, or measurement environment. Working knowledge of media measurement methodologies such as multi-touch attribution (MTA) or lift/RCT studies, or comparable analytics disciplines. Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and to manage a healthy backlog in Jira. Strong written communication skills, including experience producing product documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and other product teams.
Highly Preferred:
Experience in marketing measurement, media attribution, or advertising analytics. Familiarity with Claritas’ VCP measurement pillar or a comparable measurement framework. Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent). Experience supporting client-facing or agency-facing product delivery.
